What can I expect from SpringTopia?

Guests will enjoy a fun-filled family experience for all ages. The event features 7 individually themed interactive, immersive lands. Additionally, there will be amazing rides, fun games, and fantastic food options. The featured lands are: Fun-Land, Holiday-Land, Puppy-Land, Lightshow-Land, Pirate-Land, 3D Circus-Land, & Spooky-Land.

What are the 7 lands?

Each land is a designated area with its own theme, identity, and immersive experience. The Lands will be fun, interactive, and offer different games, characters, mazes, and more.

Where is the event located?

SpringTopia is located at 6100 Topanga Canyon Blvd. Woodland Hills CA 91367.

Does the event take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

Outdoor.

How long does the event last?

1.5 - 2.5 hours, as SpringTopia offers so many fun things to do! Guests are encouraged to spend plenty of time at SpringTopia to experience all 7 amazing lands, games and rides, and of course, great food!

Is it COVID secure and safe?

Yes.

Will there be strobe lights?

Yes.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes. There will be many food options. Alcohol will also be available for guests 21+. Please take into account that food and beverage options are not included in the ticket price.

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

Yes.

Can I take photos or record the event?

Yes.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

Are the lands for all ages?

The lands are suited for all ages, although Spooky Land is recommended for ages 12+.

What is Puppy Land?

The land is for guests to come see and pet real puppies. Please note that puppies do need rest and breaks throughout the day. Therefore, petting the puppies may not be available for all hours of operation. SpringTopia has partnered up with an organization that helps to socialize puppies as well as find them happy homes.

Do I need to wear a mask?

No.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes ahead of the time stated on your ticket.

What happens if I arrive late?

Staff will do their best to accommodate your arrival in a timely manner; however, gates will close at 9:05 PM each night.

Is there an age requirement?

SpringTopia offers something for everyone! The lands, rides, and games are geared to appeal to ALL ages.

Can I bring animals?

No.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

Yes, free parking is available in the lot off of Erwin Street.

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event.

What are the prohibited items at the event?

No outside food or beverages are allowed. Smoking is NOT permitted at SpringTopia Fest.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes.

Where can I get tickets?

• On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store
• On the Fever website

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for SpringTopia Fest?

Official tickets for SpringTopia Fest can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us
